Usage Guidelines

Children will be excited when the inflatable is delivered and will probably want to see what is going on. Our staff are happy to let them watch but please ensure they maintain a safe distance while the castle is being inflated and deflated. As with all things accidents can happen, this will help in reducing the risk.

Make sure children are aware of the anchor points on the side of the inflatable, also the electric blower at the rear of the inflatable, this runs constantly and maintains the inflation, this area has electric cables and the air intake for the blower; please make sure children don't play in this area at any time.

Try to ensure the children are grouped together in similar sizes for playing on the equipment this makes the supervisory role much easier and prevents the risk of larger children hurting the smaller ones. Common sense will determine how many children of any one size can use the inflatable at one time. Do not allow the inflatable to become overcrowded.

The maximum age limit for the bouncy castles / slide is 14, unless otherwise stated.

The cover provided for the inflatable is a shower cover for use in very light rain showers, the castle / slide should not be used if it gets wet, it can become very slippy with only a small amount of water, this will make it very dangerous!

Should the inflatable start to deflate for any reason evacuate the equipment carefully and slowly, the inflatable is designed to deflate slowly to enable people to get off before it deflates completely.

Although you shouldn't have a problem, here are some things to check if the inflatable starts to go down.

Please don't deflate the inflatable prior to our arrival, if you have turned it off could you please re-inflate it 10 minutes before we are due to arrive.
